Responsibilities:

Deliver counseling services to residential and non-residential students.
Provide individual and group counseling as well as crisis intervention.
Administer leaves and passes following DOL policies using CIS.
Conduct counseling sessions and group sessions as assigned.
Assist students in seeking advanced training opportunities.
Maintain communication with parents, guardians, and Admissions Counselors regarding student issues.
Establish working relationships with staff members, instructors, and residential advisors.
Provide support to students and represent them in review panels.
Facilitate Evaluations of Student Progress and transport students when necessary.
Follow all guidelines and regulations related to the counseling program.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, and Excel.

Experience:

Minimum of one-year experience in counseling or related field and two years working with youth and young adults.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work required. Master's degree preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid State Driver's License.

Physical Demands:
