Overview:

Duties:


  • Provide general administrative support
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional client support
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus (e.g., dental receptionist, real estate administrative, medical receptionist)
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or similar productivity tools
We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
