Description
- Establishment and management of an electronic job plan
- Job planning and management of all budget chapters with the creation of the job plan for the budget plan and responsible financial approval of all personnel processes within the budget plan
- Establishment and maintenance of a meaningful HR key figure system and associated process responsibility for the personnel management system
- Analysis of key HR figures and ongoing monthly key figure monitoring, including HR benchmarking
- Creation, preparation and analysis of ad-hoc reports, evaluations and HR reports as a basis for decision-making for different target groups
- Creation of personnel forecasts (personnel cost projection) including variance analysis
- Expansion of HR analytics and active promotion of the digitization of HR processes
