Description
This role will be reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and will play a key role in implementing the HR strategy for AAG.
- Establishing streamlined paths for compliant and efficient human capital transactions
- Setting up safeguards to minimize compliance risks
- Developing processes for providing training and knowledge to the workforce
- Implementing strong processes for exchanging communications with the workforce
- Utilizing data to define and carry out activities related to employee development
- Assisting the HR team in creating and rolling out tools to aid employees in accessing benefits resources
- Gain insight into our business sectors and centralized tools to collaborate with field managers on employee lifecycle KPIs (such as selection, onboarding, training, and development)
- Enhance the use of ADP talent management technology to attract and retain talent across all roles within the organization
- Develop proficiency in HR technical systems (ADP WFN and Recruiting Management) to analyze metrics, offer guidance, troubleshoot with field teams, and leverage system capabilities to execute projects
- Provide guidance to field managers and employees on HR policies and procedures including benefits and employment regulations
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure standardized onboarding processes that swiftly elevate employees to targeted competency levels, with effectiveness measured through surveys
- Work with field teams to ensure all roles have accurate SOPs aligned with job descriptions and business requirements, providing leadership with metrics showcasing employee progress in SOP training completion
- Conduct monthly bench planning sessions to evaluate talent levels, nurture talent pipelines for key roles, and work with business leaders to review metrics on vacancy rates, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
- Support the adoption and execution of key HR initiatives such as equity, reward programs, and system enhancements
- Master HR technical systems (ADP WFN and Recruiting Management) for tracking metrics, consulting with field teams, and completing projects effectively
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources or a related field
Experience of 5-7 years in wellness or hospitality field operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Related Work Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated proficiency in a leading HCM system, preferably ADP
Problem-solving abilities: adept at listening to others' needs, diagnosing and solving issues
