Key Responsibilities:

Engage and nurture incoming leads to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt fulfillment.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues to uphold high satisfaction levels.
Maintain consistent communication with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the medical devices sector.
Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM software, HubSpot proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications:
