    Job Details:

    We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to join our team. You'll be managing various commercial plumbing projects, making sure they finish on time and within budget. Expect to work closely with other pros in the construction industry, so top-notch communication skills are key.

    Responsibilities:
    • Supervise all parts of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure beneficial terms for the company.
    • Create and stick to project schedules, meeting all milestones.
    • Handle project budgets, keeping senior management updated.
    • Collaborate with construction industry peers like architects, engineers, and contractors.
    • Ensure all work meets relevant regulations and standards.
    • Address and fix any issues that could impact projects.
    • Keep clients updated on project progress and address their concerns.
    • Monitor work quality and take necessary action for corrections.
    • Promote a safe work environment at all times.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar construction role.
    • Managed projects ranging from 50k to 25 million in value.
    • Successful track record in handling commercial HVAC/plumbing projects.
    • Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and/or HVAC.
    • Ability to review and negotiate contracts effectively.
    • Strong project management skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient budget management.
    • Excellent communication abilities with various stakeholders.
    • Good grasp of construction management principles.
    • Proactive problem-solving approach.
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Committed to workplace safety.
    • Relevant qualifications in plumbing, HVAC, or construction management are a plus.
