Description
Hybrid Position. Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays work in office. Mondays and Fridays, work from home.
All training is provided and there is no cold calling involved.


We are a leading independent auto appraisal company, currently looking to a hire full-time
Entry Level Data Entry Representative to work in friendly, high paced environment.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service and/or general office work. Experience in the auto insurance industry is preferred but not required. Phone experience/chat experience is a plus.


Job Duties

  • Data entry/updating assignment information
  • Researching missing information from clients/following up with client for mandatory information
  • Outgoing/incoming calls from our clients and customers including courtesy calls.
  • Status our internal system/log the system accordingly.
  • Must be able to identify the complaint, offer a resolution, and set an expectation for resolution on all complaints

  • Must display strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must engage work with a high sense of urgency and detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, vehicle owners and body shops

Pay:
$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
