    ConGlobal is looking to hire an experienced Operations Supervisor/ Lift Operator for our new Depot location in Hudson, CO. If you have experience in Intermodal, Supply Chain, or Logistics, we want to talk to you

    The Operations Supervisor/ Lift Operator will be responsible the day to day as it relates to safety and efficient operations ie: to plan, direct and coordinate activities related to inspection, repair, maintenance, and storage of equipment (containers, chassis, refrigerated containers, gensets, etc.), and equipment sales. The Depot Operations Supervisor will work hand in hand with the HVAC mechanic and develop and lead a highly effective team which is responsible to provide excellent service to internal and external Customers.

    Responsibilities

    Operations Supervisor / Heavy Equipment Operator

    • Provides day-to-day oversight of employee\u202fto ensure a safe and productive\u202fworkplace.
    • Ensures\u202fcompliance with\u202fregulatory requirements as well as\u202fcorporate policies and procedures.
    • Monitors operational activities\u202fto ensure\u202fKPIs\u202fare within acceptable standards.
    • Meets\u202fcustomer needs and commitments.
    • Assists with establishing\u202fgoals\u202fand objectives\u202ffor the operation;\u202fproduction,\u202fprofitability,\u202fsafety,\u202fand\u202fcompliance\u202fwhich align with goals for the region and business unit
    • Monitors\u202fperformance and provides\u202ffeedback\u202fto\u202femployees as needed.
    • Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Works\u202fwith local\u202fUnion representatives (if applicable).

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience.

    Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

    Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.

    Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

    Proficient in Outlook and MS Office suite of products.

    Strong Work Ethic.

    Open Availability required (Shifts, Weekends, & Holidays)

    Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
