    ConGlobal is looking to hire an experienced Operations Supervisor/ Lift Operator for our new Depot location in Hudson, CO. If you have experience in Intermodal, Supply Chain, or Logistics, we want to talk to you

    The Operations Supervisor/ Lift Operator will be responsible the day to day as it relates to safety and efficient operations ie: to plan, direct and coordinate activities related to inspection, repair, maintenance, and storage of equipment (containers, chassis, refrigerated containers, gensets, etc.), and equipment sales. The Depot Operations Supervisor will work hand in hand with the HVAC mechanic and develop and lead a highly effective team which is responsible to provide excellent service to internal and external Customers.

    • Provides day-to-day oversight of employeeu202fto ensure a safe and productiveu202fworkplace.
    • Ensuresu202fcompliance withu202fregulatory requirements as well asu202fcorporate policies and procedures.
    • Monitors operational activitiesu202fto ensureu202fKPIsu202fare within acceptable standards.
    • Meetsu202fcustomer needs and commitments.
    • Assists with establishingu202fgoalsu202fand objectivesu202ffor the operation;u202fproduction,u202fprofitability,u202fsafety,u202fandu202fcomplianceu202fwhich align with goals for the region and business unit
    • Monitorsu202fperformance and providesu202ffeedbacku202ftou202femployees as needed.
    • Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Worksu202fwith localu202fUnion representatives (if applicable).

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience.

    Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

    Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.

    Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

    Proficient in Outlook and MS Office suite of products.

    Strong Work Ethic.

    Open Availability required (Shifts, Weekends, & Holidays)

    Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
