Description

As Senior Design Manager Data Center you will be responsible for coordinating the technical aspects of our engineering projects in Muncie, from initial briefing and design to installation and commissioning of data centers. This role offers the opportunity to apply and enhance your skills in technical leadership and interdisciplinary coordination, with a focus on delivering HVAC (TGA) planning packages for smaller and medium-sized projects.

Your role on the team:

Leading the design and comprehensive interdisciplinary implementation of data center planning.
Representing the design and/or discipline teams in discussions with clients regarding design solutions and business continuity.
Providing technical leadership in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) field for data center projects.

Qualifications, attributes & skills:

A degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical engineering), technical building services, supply engineering, building technology, or electrical engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
10+ years of professional experience in HVAC planning (MEP design) and several years of experience as a Lead Engineer in MEP Design for data centers and building technology.
Relevant project references in national and/or international industrial projects as a Design Manager.
Background knowledge in building planning and a solid understanding of the planning stages according to RIBA
