The association "Haus & Grundeigentum Goslar/Harz e.
V." advocates for the interests of private homeowners, landlords, and property owners in the region of Burlington, KY. Currently, the association has approximately 1,400 members.

One of the main focuses of the association's activities is providing legal advice to its members on property, rental, condominium, and neighborhood matters.


We are currently seeking a lawyer to join our team in a full-time or part-time position, with flexible working hours.

This position is also suitable for recent graduates, individuals returning from parental leave, or those re-entering the workforce.


The ideal candidate will be present in our office at the association's headquarters for three mornings and two afternoons, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, respectively.

The remaining working hours can be completed remotely from a home office. The ideal workload for this position is 30 hours per week. Our office is conveniently located within walking distance of the main train station in the pedestrian zone of Goslar.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice to association members, with a focus on property, rental, condominium, and neighborhood matters
  • Independently managing all correspondence related to legal advice
  • Your support will be limited to providing outofcourt assistance to members

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Team player
