ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager at ARETUM, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage programs for various government clients and ensure the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

Acting as a Program/Project Manager to drive efforts to secure and integrate new commercial
GEOINT data and service capabilities in support of NSG prioritized requirements.
Preparing and delivering reports and briefings for senior leadership across the IC and
Agency, as well as development and communication of associated messages and communication/outreach strategies.
Developing, maintaining, and promulgating project records in accordance with standard records management practices and in keeping with sensitive/proprietary information requirements.
Under the guidance of Government, acting as the interface between NGA and NSG customers and source providers.
Assisting with development and implementation of best practices, processes and procedures.
Supporting the definition and development of performance metrics, and assist with metrics analysis.
Researching and implementing solutions in accordance with Federal Acquisitions Management regulations.
Developing data-informed presentations that strategically inform senior level leaders for decision-making.
Adapting to changing requirements and management directives.
Working independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
Conducting cost risk and benefit analysis.
Developing and providing presentation of costing material, technical briefings and management status reports.

Requirements

(U) Demonstrated experience in Commercial GEOINT data and services, to include validating/verifying adherence to specified requirements.
Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community data and product types, missions and functions to include geospatial requirements process and production.
Demonstrated experience or familiarity with Federal Acquisitions Management regulations and procedures.
Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.
Demonstrated experience routinely interacting with senior-level directors and/or agency heads.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite such as building spreadsheets, consolidating input across various offices, and edit/update as needed.
Demonstrated experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment.
