Your responsibilities:


  • Proper handling of worldwide shipments, including creating all necessary freight and customs documents
  • Processing and handling of incoming international customer orders, including invoicing
  • Conducting consignment warehouse bookings
  • Continuous coordination and correspondence with national and international customers, freight forwarders, and transport companies in German and English
  • Internal and external handling of empty containers, including balance determination
  • Participation in optimizing and further developing shipping processes

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding and logistics specialist, warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), or several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Firsthand experience in handling shipping/export orders
  • Confident and professional demeanor, strong customer orientation, and good English skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Team, organizational, and communication skills
  • Responsible, structured, and flexible work style
