We're a small trucking company looking for a results-driven freight sales representative to actively seek out and engage shippers with transportation needs.

Position fits an outgoing person ready to build a portfolio of their own or already has an established book of customers.

• Present, promote and sell expedited cargo van and truck transportation services to prospective customers
• Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market or sector potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• At least 12 years proven work experience as a sales representative
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
