Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing personnel, organization, and business operations of a furniture department
- Supervising a team of 20 employees
- Training and development of new and existing employees
- Ensuring agreed upon sales and budget goals are met
- Sales management
- Monitoring and inventory of stock levels
- Collaborating with central purchasing to create an attractive product range
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or degree in retail
- Relevant work experience in the field
- Experience in leading and managing employees
- Practical and proactive with a strong ability to execute tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
