We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CNC Machinist to join our team.

As a Senior CNC Machinist with us, you will play a crucial role in our production process.You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
In addition to machining expertise, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor and lead junior machinists.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
CNC Programming:
Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code or CAM software to control machining operations
2 Machine Setup:
Set up CNC machines, including tool selection, workholding, and fixture alignment, to ensure accurate and efficient machining
3 Precision Machining:
Operate CNC machines to produce parts with tight tolerances and exact specifications, inspecting workpieces to ensure quality
4 Blueprint Reading:
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine machining requirements
5 Tool Management:
Maintain and select cutting tools, monitor tool wear, and make tool changes as necessary to ensure optimal machining performance
6 Quality Control:
Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify the accuracy and quality of machined parts
7 Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve machining issues, making adjustments to CNC programs and setups as needed
8 Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, contributing to a safe and clean work environment
9 Training and Mentorship:
Provide guidance and training to junior machinists, sharing knowledge and expertise
10 Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of machining processes, including program revisions, setup sheets, and inspection reports
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in CNC machining is preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation of various CNC machines.
Strong blueprint reading skills and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measurement tools and quality control processes.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Safety-conscious with a commitment to following safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of precision.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Leadership and mentoring skills for guiding junior machinists.
Willingness to adapt to changing machining technologies and techniques.
