- Set up and operate CNC Mills/Lathes and Bridgeport machines
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Load and unload raw materials in machines
- Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
- Recognize and properly use inserts, fixtures and tooling
- Perform tool wear offsets
- Perform cleaning and light maintenance on machinery
- Utilize and abide by ISO requirements and safety procedures
- 2 or more years' experience performing set ups and operating CNC machines
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good problem solving, math, and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen and other pre-employment screening as required
