    DescriptionSummary:
    This Process Administrator position provides "Simply the Best" customer service at all times.

    Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures.

    We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with usAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities:Handles assigned daily work assignment that consist of collector and HomeSavers requests.

    Payment research and postingIssues delinquency lettersIssues phone number update and payment plan lettersProcesses HomeSavers applicationsRuns and monitors delinquency scriptsProcesses incoming and outgoing mailResearch delinquent taxes and legal documents.

    Prepares Foreclosure Referrals for Consumer Accounts.
    Handles email requestsRefers escalated accounts to managerPosition will cross-train to other productsPerforms other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or GED required1-3 years of work experience in a processing type function

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm required.

    Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal orientedMust have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanorStrong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-upAbility to multi-taskPC and internet proficiencyKnowledge of MSP Collections Systems.


    Knowledge of Mortgage Collections ProcessExempt Status:
    (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay):No
