What You Need

Minimum High School Graduate, or GED equivalency

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Certified Lifeguard
Must be willing to work with youth of all ages and genders
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
Possess a calm demeanor and be able to work effectively in high stress situations; friendly to all in the pool area. When addressing residents, must maintain maturity to respond to unacceptable behavior.
Sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
