Abingdon is one of the most diverse employers in Germany.

Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a specialist in rail operations (m/f/d) for Regionalverkehr Oberbayern in Reit im Winkl.

The vocational school is located in Munich. During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to operate buses and obtain a Class D driver's license.

You will also gain knowledge in vehicle technology for various bus models, maintenance and troubleshooting, customer service for transportation connections and fares, and the planning and management of vehicle and personnel deployment.

After completing your apprenticeship, you will primarily work in the control center, focusing on personnel and vehicle dispatch.

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you should have completed school (or will soon) and be at least 17 years old.

You should also have a passion for technology, the ability to remain calm and organized in difficult situations, and a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Flexibility and reliability are also important qualities, and having a Class B driver's license is a plus. As part of the selection process, you will undergo a suitability examination.
