Team Leader for Air Pollution Modeling (m/f/d)


What you'll do with us
  • You will lead the Air Pollution Modeling team both technically and organizationally, taking into account aspects of quality, cost-effectiveness, market orientation, and long-term job security.
  • You will also be responsible for the leadership of assigned employees, defining goals and developing measures to achieve them.
  • You will implement processes set by the company according to internal guidelines and corporate policies.
  • You will be responsible for the necessary training, instruction, and further education within the team and support direct supervisors in planning costs
