Your responsibilities:

Managing a team of approximately 20 to 25 employees
Developing and planning human and material resources
Strategic planning, control, and further development of service and facility processes
Responsibility for buildings, construction and properties, as well as the operation and maintenance of technical facilities and equipment, including the vehicle fleet
Creating and implementing medium and longterm maintenance concepts
Preparing, negotiating, and managing service, rental, and supply contracts

Your profile:

Completed degree in facility management, architecture, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in managing buildings and properties, as well as experience in team leadership
Indepth knowledge of bidding and contract management (VOB, HOAI)
Strategic thinking and acting, as well as negotiation skills and team spirit
Proficient in MS Office and common software in the facility management field
