- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience
- Minimum Degree required: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
- Demonstrated portfolio of work, including samples (include link on resume)
- Ability to self-manage multiple projects, tasks, and timelines
- Experience creating and designing the following:
- Infographics/one-pagers
- Logos/brand identity
- Presentations
- Reports
- Animations/short videos
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
- The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described
- Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience and location
- This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week
- Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours
- At least Three (3) years as a consultant with the federal government or other clients in highly regulated industries
- Experience in User Experience and/or User Interface (UX/UI) design
- Ability to create motion graphics, including animation and videos
- Experience with other design tools such as Figma
