Description

What You will Do:

Book and schedule prospective patients to optimize provider time, treatment room utilization and patients' satisfaction
Serve as the first point of contact to address new patient questions
Verify insurance information and initiate insurance and authorization requests
Confirm and reschedule patient appointments
Work together with the team members across our various locations to reach organizational goals and meet patient needs
Other duties as necessary to achieve goals

Who You Are:

Passion for customer service and an eagerness to always be helpful
Must be professional in tone and delivery and an effective communicator
Ability to persuade prospective patients to book in a friendly and comfortable way
Flexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities
Must be an exceptional listener and always looking to learn
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ideally available Saturdays or Sundays
Bilingual; Fluent in Russian or Spanish preferred
