    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    • Develop a deep understanding of Remote's Payroll and HR products and services
    • Manage the entire customer journey, fostering long‑term partnerships focused on payroll services
    • Ensure customer success and satisfaction through effective relationship management
    • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, managing campaigns and product promotions
    • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with various teams to enhance payroll product experience

    What is Required (Qualifications):

    • Extensive experience in customer success management or account management roles, specifically in the international Payroll/HR tech space
    • Strong knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software and tools
    • Proven track record in onboarding, retaining, and developing customer relationships
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
    • Ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively without close supervision
