    Job Listing:

    The company Component Repair Technologies (CRT) in Mentor, OH, specializing in turbine engine components repair and overhaul for leading airlines and jet engine manufacturers, is currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist Technician to join their team.

    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for CNC Machining of turbine engine components
    • Ensure final product meets OEM specifications
    • Work in a large Machining Department with experienced professionals

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Follow work instructions and use approved tools for part inspection
    2. Operate machines to achieve required dimensions
    3. Identify and correct machining problems
    4. Participate in training programs for machinist technicians

    Required Qualifications:

    • Five plus years of CNC Milling equipment experience
    • Problem-solving skills in machine setups, CNC programming, and tooling
    • Firm understanding of GD&T and critical dimensioning
    • Rework experience

    Other Qualifications:

    • Technical diploma or equivalent work experience
    • Experience with tooling and fixtures
    • Knowledge of shop math principles and basic trigonometry
    • Basic CNC Macro coding experience

    Work Environment:

    • Pre-employment testing requirements may apply
    • Follow general shop safety procedures
    • Use of hand-held tools and machinery
