DESCRIPTION OF WORK
You will provide direct nursing care and treatment services, which includes recording and reporting vital signs, symptoms, and reactions or responses to medication/treatments; accurately complying with medication administration policy and completion of physician's orders; and assisting patients with ADLs, skin care, room care, mealtimes, and other associated nursing care techniques.
