Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations and medical procedures
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
• Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Current LPN license in [state]
• Experience working in various healthcare settings, such as ER, assisted living, home care, etc.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
• Knowledge of acute pain management techniques
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic)
• Experience caring for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
• Ability to administer injections and perform other basic medical procedures
• Understanding of durable medical equipment (DME) usage
