As part of our direct placement, we are currently seeking a payroll employee (m/f/d) for a media company in Dresden.

The position is to be filled in full-time (permanent employment).

Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the payroll program (Sage) for multiple clients
  • Design and implementation of new processes and structures in payroll in a project group
  • Leading and managing the project group
  • Payroll tax
- and social security law advice for affiliated companies

  • Support in payroll for various clients

Required skills:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
  • Knowledge in payroll tax, social security, and labor law is an advantage
  • Ideally experience with the payroll modules of the Sage HR Suite
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Independent, structured, and solutionoriented thinking and working with a high quality standard
  • Willingness for continuous training and further education
  • Excellent manners and strong communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language

Required education:
Commercial apprenticeship or further education in payroll accounting

Daytime, Monday to Friday
