Civil engineer for project management - Windber, United States - Emerald Technologies
Description
As a true "all-rounder", you will be responsible for project coordination of our construction projects "from A to Z" until the turnkey handover of the property to our renowned tenants. Start your career now in our department for construction procurement and control.
What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for the procurement of the project, including independent contract design
- You will independently manage our construction sites
- You will be in close contact with colleagues from our in-house departments as well as external partners/authorities
- You will be responsible for monitoring quality, deadlines, and costs
What should you bring?
- You have a degree in a technical field (civil engineering / construction, construction management, construction technician, architecture) or a comparable education in a commercial field (e.g. real estate agent, facility management degree, etc.)
- You enjoy handling construction projects from "A to Z"
- You demonstrate organizational skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
- You are proficient in German (C1+) in spoken and written form
- You are willing to travel
