    This role is a recruiting specialist and a collaborative business partner to the Jencap Talent Acquisition team. This role will be a hybrid role, with approximately half of your time spent recruiting on specific positions and the other half supporting TA processes within our ATS (Greenhouse), including running reports, interview scheduling, data configuration, and other tasks. Our team focuses on recruiting the best talent for our business partners and delivering on an outstanding candidate experience.

    This role has a hybrid-flexible work arrangement within one of our Jencap offices in the US or can work remotely depending upon candidate location.

    Responsibilities

    Recruiting Specialist:

    • Be an impactful member of the Talent Acquisition Team by ensuring an excellent recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
    • Partner with team members and hiring managers to coordinate throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure an excellent experience, which includes managing requisitions in Greenhouse and facilitating parts of the new hire process.
    • Assist TA leader with employer branding activities, candidate experience and recruitment marketing initiatives.
    • Support enterprise-wide projects and initiatives including campus events and other strategic programs through collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and internal teams.
    • Position will support the business with hiring for underwriting support roles and building out a pipeline of talent across the Jencap businesses.

    Greenhouse ATS Administration:

    • Will provide Subject Matter Expertise to the TA team with Greenhouse ATS/CRM platform.
    • Configure and make updates to Greenhouse as new programs are launched.
    • Troubleshoot issues for TA team and hiring managers.
    • Support training for hiring managers and new users.
    • Administer the ATS daily in tracking and facilitating new hires from the Greenhouse system to the HRIS (ADP).

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree required.
    • 2-3 plus years of related experience in Talent Acquisition in a recruiting or coordination role.
    • Greenhouse ATS experience is required.
    • Strong passion for driving results and expanding the team's Greenhouse functionality.
    • Excellent business acumen and ability to communicate across the organization at all levels.
    • Passion for data integrity.
