About the role:


As an Integration Compliance Manager, you will lead the FCC Governance team's efforts to evaluate and lead the post-merger integration of acquisitions to support new business growth.

This role requires strong project management skills and an ability to evaluate different products and businesses to assess financial crime risk.

This role reports to the Head of Financial Crime Compliance Governance.


About the team:


The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Governance team is responsible for the oversight of the FCC function across FIS, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.

The FCC Governance team's key responsibilities include Policy and Program management, Risk Assessments, Exam and Issue Management, Communication Forums, Training, Reporting and Technology & Data Governance.

In addition, the FCC Governance team plays a critical role in integrating new acquisitions and aligning with AML and Sanctions officers of FIS's subsidiaries as well as other Risk and Compliance functions across the Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs division at FIS.


What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Manager to join our team.

  • Lead the FCC Governance team's efforts to integrate newly acquired products or entities and assess key aspects of the FCC functional areas for effective alignment of people, process, data and technology.
  • Conduct risk assessments of newly acquired products or entities to assess adequacy of all financial crime related program elements and identify potential gaps against regulatory, industry, or FIS policy standards.
  • Develop project plans for the short
- and long-term absorption of key financial crime related program areas into the FIS organization, and corresponding risk mitigation strategies.

  • Identify and develop relationships with Sales, Product and Regulatory Compliance teams who lead efforts to scale the new product.
  • Build and scale monitoring programs to assess successful integration of the new acquisitions.
  • Report on ongoing efforts across acquisition streams to senior management.

What you will need:


  • 5+ years of compliance or audit experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong projectmanagement skills, preferably consulting experience
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to financial crime compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and risk management skills.
  • Exceptional judgment and integrity, ability to handle complex matters independently and thrive in dynamic, highgrowth environments.
  • Willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Bachelor's degree

Added bonus if you have:


  • Master's degree or JD
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, CIA, CAMS) are advantageous but not required.
  • Developed compliance programs into repeatable technology.
  • Experience with SQL databases and other information technology systems and tools.

The pay range for this full-time position is $117, $197,580.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
