*Your Responsibilities:


  • Contact person and interface between medical practices and surgeons, patient admissions, and operating and nursing staff
  • Planning of bed occupancy and making adjustments in case of emergencies or short-term transfers in coordination with the ward
  • Coordination of time and space schedules for daily/weekly operating programs
  • Scheduling of operating rooms
  • Processing of operating requests from medical practices in consultation with the operating management
*Your Profile:


  • Completed training in a healthcare profession (e.g. medical assistant, healthcare management, etc.)
  • Relevant work experience in the medical field, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Previous experience in occupancy or patient management is an advantage
