Description
Dodge-Chrome is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative position in the friendly neighborhood of Palisades. Photo lab knowledge and/or customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities include writing up orders at the front counter, answering phone calls, helping customers make ordering decisions, and management of customer accounts.

Photography experience is a plus. This position does require weekend work on Saturdays (10am-4pm), usually 2 weeks on and 1 off. Store is closed on Sundays.


MUST HAVES:


  • Great communication skills. All orders are custom made to clients needs. Being able to understand, communicate, and assist in making decisions is a must.
  • Strong computer skills, and be willing to learn new programs. While job doesn't specifically require Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge, it is a major plus.
  • Must be highly organized and have prioritization, problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Applicants should be extremely detail oriented, responsible & punctual. Most orders have tight deadlines and lots of moving parts. Being able to keep projects organized and also make sure orders are done before deadline is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service/Office Work

  • Helping clients and intake of orders.
  • Preparing quotes.
  • Invoicing orders and collecting payments.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.

From $18.00 per hour
