- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze revenue and expense variances, assess financial risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare financial forecasts, considering market trends, industry benchmarks, and company growth strategies.
- Led the annual budget process for the company.
- Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, assess ROI, and provide financial guidance for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate calculations and payment of provider compensation, accurate and complete financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve financial planning processes and models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial statements, and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards in the healthcare sector.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Several years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in the healthcare or dermatology industry.
- Experience in private equity-backed companies is highly desirable.
