    Description

    Our client is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join their growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to contribute to the department's expansion and impact within the company.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in supporting the Companys financial health and business strategy by creating reporting, conducting analysis, and building financial models using tools such as Adaptive Planning, Excel, Power BI, and Workday.

    Configure, design, build out, and administer the Adaptive Planning software platform.

    Coordinate and develop annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting/variance analysis, multi-year forecasts, long-term capital and liquidity planning, and associated reporting.

    Develop, maintain, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other operating metrics, including identifying industry benchmarks and tracking results against them.

    Improve reporting and ad hoc capabilities of the FP&A team and platform, including report writing, data structure, and processes.

    Continuously analyze and improve business processes.

    Perform variance analyses, identify trends, report findings, and make recommendations for improvements.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting roles.

    Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA certification a plus.

    Experience with Adaptive, Hyperion, TM1 or similar planning systems.

    Ability to critically analyze financial information and effectively communicate assumptions.

    Proficient in extracting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to create executive-level summaries.

    Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities.

    Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.

    Experience with Workday Financials or ERP systems a plus.

    Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

    Effective project management skills.

    Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
