Job Summary:

Enduro Composites is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Foreman - Field Service - to join our team in Freeport, TX.

As a Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in leading our installation crew, which specializes in FRP installation, repair, and maintenance.

Work is performed with some latitude to resolve disputes and problems encountered in the field in accordance with defined design plans and other contract documents.

Work is reviewed by the relevant Project Manager through frequent meetings, daily reports and results obtained. The position is crucial to ensuring the success of our projects in local chemical plants and other


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Field Service Department installation crew, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
• Oversee FRP installation, repair, and maintenance projects at chemical plants and industrial sites.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction/installation documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, OSHA regulations, and other legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Indepth knowledge of construction/installation processes, including blueprint reading and interpretation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
• Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
