    Description

    Job Title: Generative AI Developer at Synechron

    We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Developer to join our team at Synechron. If you are passionate about NLP/NLU models and cutting-edge algorithms, this opportunity is for you!

    Job Description:

    • Develop and fine-tune NLP/NLU models, including transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, etc.)
    • Design and implement generative AI models using Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Preprocess and curate text data for NLP/NLU models
    • Innovate and implement algorithms to enhance model performance
    • Stay updated on latest developments in Generative AI
    • Design control systems for AI research
    • Contribute to bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs

    Required Qualifications:

    • 8-10 years of AI experience
    • Expertise in NLP/NLU and deep learning
    • Proficient in Python and NLP libraries
    • Experience with Generative AI and cloud computing
    • Knowledge of tools like Langchain, Embedchain, Vector Database
    • Problem-solving skills and experience with Pytorch, TensorFlow
    • Engineering experience with ML systems and MLOps

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Research contributions in NLP, NLU, and Generative AI
    • Experience with Conversational AI and Chatbots
