About us:
We are responsible for processing and preparing customer claims for Railpool vehicles.
As part of our claim management team, you will communicate professionally with customers, answer inquiries, and escalate issues to our sales managers when necessary.
You will also serve as a key user and be responsible for the ongoing development of our ERP system in the area of damage billing.
This includes conducting workshops for internal interfaces, creating and updating training materials and documentation for the team, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
You will have the technical responsibility for system updates and perform testing to ensure quality and functionality.Additionally, you will oversee the process in the ERP system for customer claims, from initial damage reporting to final billing.
