We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent employee for our press delivery service at our location in Lynnville, IA.

Position Title:

At SHO SÜDWEST PRESSE HOHENLOHE GMBH & CO. KG, we publish the Haller Tagblatt, Hohenloher Tagblatt, Rundschau, and online services for the three daily newspapers. In addition, we organize various consumer and trade fairs, as well as reader events.

We see ourselves as a modern media company, part of the SÜDWEST PRESSE Medien-Gruppe Ulm, and work in collaboration with numerous partner publishers.

With a total circulation of over 250,000 copies, SÜDWEST PRESSE is one of the leading regional daily newspapers in Baden-Württemberg and is among the top 10 in Germany.

Our press delivery service delivers approximately 30,000 newspapers and 15,000 letters daily in the Schwäbisch Hall district, as well as approximately 120,000 weekly newspapers weekly.

Within our delivery service, we employ approximately 900 employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

Personnel planning for newspaper deliverers
Monitoring and optimizing delivery logistics in terms of quality and distribution structures
Conducting job interviews in your area of responsibility
Training new deliverers in their tasks
Being the point of contact for deliverers
