Administrative AssistantDuties:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments using Outlook Calendar
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records
Skills:
- Prepare Real Estate Listing Packets for agents, prepare files for closed real estate deals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
