What can you expect?

  • You are responsible for the development, implementation and implementation of scalable processes in your team.
  • You drive efficiency improvements by developing tools, procedures and processes.
  • You lead the internal customer service team as well as all our external partners who support us in achieving our goal of providing excellent customer service, ensuring defined quality and performance targets (KPIs) for your team.
  • You ensure a positive customer experience with the Peter Park product through selected channels (phone, email, postal) and manage all customer-specific issues, such as the Peter Park ticket system and general customer inquiries.
  • You maintain close communication with colleagues from other departments (Product & Tech, Customer Success, Project Management, Sales) to find the best possible, scalable solution for customer inquiries.
  • You take care of the structured collection, preparation and transfer of customer feedback to relevant departments in order to fully exploit the potential of the Peter Park product and continuously improve it.
  • You maintain close communication with the Team Lead Customer Success and report to the Head of Customer & Revenue Operations.

What should you bring?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar field.
