Position Overview: Soliant Health is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Menifee, California area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to providing high-quality speech therapy services.

Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
Implementing evidence-based therapy techniques to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, physicians, and caregivers, to ensure holistic care
Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Valid California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
