    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Openings Near Riverside, CA

    Soliant is currently seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple onsite positions in a school district near Riverside, CA. We have 8 openings for the school year. While school-based experience and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, they are not required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific requirements.
    • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in group settings.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication and academic goals.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services provided and students' progress.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor students' educational plans.
    • Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to ensure the delivery of effective services.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Valid California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
    • Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
