The Dartmouth Group, an Associa Company, is looking for an experienced Community Manager with high energy to manage a portfolio of large condominium communities.
The Community Manager is responsible for achieving the financial & operational goals, managing vendors, and maintaining positive resident relations and interactions with board members at all times.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of property management experience with Condominiums or non-profit Boards/related experience is required. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, are required, and CAI/IREM credentials are preferred. Must be able to pass a drug test.
