Summary:


The Resident Experience Manager is a multi-faceted role that is responsible for helping prospective residents move into Luther Ridge as well as responsibility for providing a variety of fun and meaningful activities for residents of the community.


Position(s)'s primary duties are related to:

  • Planning, development, and implementation of activities, which are specifically designed to enrich the lives of Luther Ridge residents. Develops the monthly Luther Ridge activities newsletter / calendar.
  • Responding to telephone inquiries and conducting walkin and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties. Responds to questions and resolves concerns of persons interested in becoming residents.
  • Developing and leading oneonone and group activities. Prepares rooms, equipment, supplies prior to each activity and cleans up after each activity. Encourages resident and family participation in activities. Transports residents to and from activities as needed.
  • Qualification of prospective residents, effectively matching our services to their needs thus maximizing movein potential.
  • Assisting with the completion of necessary movein paperwork and tasks to ensure a smooth transition for the resident.
  • Ensuring accurate and complete documentation throughout the new resident recruitment and transaction process.
