Head (m/f/d) of the regional office:

Your responsibilities:

Entrepreneurial leadership of the regional office, including the units under your supervision, based on business control instruments and key figures, and responsibility for the business results while adhering to cost management of the regional office
Ensuring efficient collaboration between the internal and external sales teams within the regional office, as well as with central departments and relevant interfaces
Compliance with the competence framework, internal and external guidelines, and ensuring and managing sales practices in accordance with the ERGO mission statement, including an adequate external representation of the regional office
Representation of the organization within the ERGO sales, all ERGO segments, and in the region
Taking on special tasks and participating in projects

Your profile:

Degree in business administration, insurance business management, or equivalent qualification
Several years of sales experience in selling insurance and financial products
