Content Strategist for a Full-Time
position.

We are in search of an experienced Content Strategist to join our Customer Experience team.

The Content Strategist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality documentation to support the processes.

Reporting to the Lead Customer Experience Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive and user-friendly materials that enhance the customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Technical Team, Support Team, and Lead Customer Experience Specialists to create written materials that streamline and clarify the processes.
  • Produce a variety of documents including scripts for standardized responses to common public inquiries, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures for permit programs and stepbystep instructions, publicfacing documents, and, if requested by the customer, regulatory documentation.
  • Revise and improve draft documents based on feedback received from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
  • Maintain the accuracy and relevance of existing and published documents by regularly reviewing and updating content to reflect changes in processes or regulations.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of two to three years of proven experience as a Content Strategist.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and accessible documentation.
  • Strong ability to comprehend and convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work alongside crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
  • Capacity to work independently while effectively managing workload.
