We are currently looking for experienced HR professionals to join our client's Human Resources Team, focused on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

In this role, you will be responsible for:


• Managing the HR team in Germany, which consists of 5 members


• Acting as the main point of contact for managers and employees regarding all HR-related matters in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland


• Participating in international projects related to personnel development, talent management, and Compensation & Benefits


• Building strong relationships with the works council, including negotiating and preparing company agreements


• Continuously improving and digitizing processes and systems


• Independently recruiting specialists and managers in collaboration with recruiters


• Ensuring accurate payroll accounting with the support of the Payroll Manager EMEA and the EMEA team


• Generating HR evaluations and reports for the EMEA region


• Handling operational tasks such as contract management and maintaining employee data in the SuccessFactors system, primarily for the HR coordinator
