    We are a leading construction company specializing in roadway, highway, and civil engineering projects.

    With a commitment to excellence and a track record of successful project delivery, we are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team.


    Job Description:


    As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction phase, providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for roadway, highway, and civil projects.

    This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of construction estimating, cost analysis, and project management.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough cost estimations for roadway, highway, and civil projects.
    Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates.
    Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for the estimation process.
    Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
    Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure cost-effectiveness.
    Provide leadership and mentorship to junior estimators.
    Contribute to the development of project budgets and schedules.
    Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and construction methods.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on roadway, highway, and civil projects.
    Proficient in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    Leadership experience in a senior role.
    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
